🗓️ Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Beijing
Arrive in Beijing. Meet your driver or guide at the airport or railway station and transfer to your selected hotel. If arrival time allows, enjoy a light orientation walk, local dinner arrangement, or rest at the hotel after the long journey. Stay overnight in Beijing.
Day 2: Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, Jingshan Hill and Temple of Heaven
Visit Tiananmen Square and continue to the Forbidden City. Walk through selected palace courtyards with your guide, then visit Jingshan Hill for a panoramic view over the palace area if weather allows. Continue to the Temple of Heaven or adjust the order based on tickets and timing. Stay overnight in Beijing.
Day 3: Great Wall, Summer Palace or Hutong Culture
Travel by private vehicle to the Great Wall, usually Mutianyu or another suitable section based on season, crowd level, and guest preference. Cable car, chairlift, or toboggan can be included if confirmed. In the afternoon, visit the Summer Palace, a hutong area, or another Beijing cultural stop depending on route timing. Stay overnight in Beijing.
Day 4: Beijing to Xi’an, City Wall and Muslim Quarter
Transfer to the railway station or airport and travel to Xi'an by high-speed train or domestic flight as confirmed. After arrival, meet your local guide and transfer to your hotel. If timing allows, visit Xi'an City Wall, Bell and Drum Tower area, or Muslim Quarter. Stay overnight in Xi'an.
Day 5: Terracotta Warriors and Xi’an Ancient Capital Culture
Visit the Terracotta Warriors with your private guide. Continue with Lishan Garden, the Qin culture area, Big Wild Goose Pagoda area, Tang-style cultural district, or another Xi’an highlight according to the final route. Stay overnight in Xi’an.
Day 6: Xi’an to Shanghai and the Bund
Transfer to Xi’an airport or railway station and travel to Shanghai. After arrival, meet your Shanghai guide or driver and transfer to your selected hotel. If timing allows, take an evening walk along the Bund, Nanjing Road, or the riverfront. Stay overnight in Shanghai.
Day 7: Yu Garden, Old City, Pudong Skyline and Huangpu River
Visit Yu Garden and the surrounding old-city bazaar area. Continue to a Shanghai city viewpoint such as Shanghai Tower, Oriental Pearl Tower, or another skyline experience if included. In the evening, enjoy the Bund area, Huangpu River cruise, or a relaxed local dining arrangement if confirmed. Stay overnight in Shanghai.
Day 8: Shanghai Departure
Transfer to Shanghai airport, railway station, cruise terminal, or another confirmed drop-off point according to your schedule. If departure is late, a short city walk, café stop, museum visit, or shopping time can be added with a revised quote. The tour ends after final drop-off.
