📌 Product Overview
Book high-speed and regular train tickets for journeys within mainland China with support designed for foreign-passport holders.
The booking service fee is USD 12 per traveler, per separate train segment. It covers passport-detail review, railway identity-verification assistance, schedule and availability checking, real-name ticket booking, electronic confirmation and basic boarding guidance.
The actual train fare is not included and must be paid separately before ticket issuance. USD 12 is our agency service fee; it is not an official fee charged by China Railway or a government authority.

💰 Booking Service Fee
USD 12 per traveler, per train segment.
Required service units = number of travelers × number of separate trains.
Examples:
- 1 traveler × 1 train = USD 12
- 2 travelers × 1 train = USD 24
- 2 travelers × 2 trains = USD 48
Each separate train number counts as one segment. A return journey normally counts as two segments. Two connecting trains also count as two segments. There is no combined-order, return-ticket or multi-segment discount.
The fee applies to every passenger whose information must be submitted for a ticket or free-child registration. The official train fare is quoted separately according to the selected train, seat class and availability.
🚆 Service Scope
The standard service covers available high-speed and regular train tickets within mainland China, including one-way, return and multi-city journeys.
Hong Kong West Kowloon cross-border services, international trains, tourist trains, group tickets and other special railway products require separate confirmation.
Station transfers, station escort, porter service and tour-guide services are not included.
📝 Booking Process
- Purchase the correct number of service units.
- Submit the passenger and journey information.
- We review the passport details and check suitable trains, seat classes and availability.
- We send the available option and actual ticket fare for approval.
- Pay the ticket fare before the stated deadline.
- We complete the identity-verification and booking process, then send the e-ticket confirmation and boarding information.
A request is confirmed only after successful ticket issuance. If the preferred train is unavailable, we will not purchase a different train or higher-priced seat without approval.
🛂 Passenger Information & Identity Verification
Please provide a clear image of the passport information page, full name exactly as shown on the passport, nationality, date of birth, gender, passport number, passport expiry date, travel date, route, preferred departure time, seat class and acceptable alternatives.
Foreign-passport holders must pass China Railway’s real-name identity check before tickets can be issued. We assist with the standard online process. If online verification fails or China Railway requests an additional check, the traveler may need to present the original passport at a station service counter. Final approval is controlled by China Railway and cannot be guaranteed by the agency.
The original passport used for booking must be carried during travel. Incorrect, incomplete, expired or inconsistent information may cause verification failure, ticket cancellation or denied boarding.
🎫 Availability & Seat Requests
Tickets are issued according to the official sales period and real-time availability. Submitting a request before sales open does not reserve or guarantee a seat.
We can request adjacent seats, preferred seat positions or lower berths, but final allocation is made by the railway system and cannot be guaranteed.
After issuance, check the passenger name, passport number, date, stations, train number, departure time and seat information immediately.

🔄 Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
The USD 12 service fee becomes non-refundable once passport review, availability checking or ticket processing has begun. It remains non-refundable if the traveler cancels, changes the journey, provides incorrect information, renews the passport after booking, misses the train or arrives at the wrong station.
If we cannot issue any option already approved by the traveler for reasons not caused by the traveler’s information or actions, the unspent ticket fare and the affected service fee will be refunded.
Train-fare refunds and changes follow the rules shown by China Railway for the specific ticket at the time the request is successfully processed. Railway charges and fare differences are paid by the traveler. Rules may vary according to timing, ticket status and the requested new train.
Assistance with one standard refund or official change request is included. If the original ticket must be refunded and a new ticket purchased, the new ticket is treated as a new segment and a new USD 12 service fee applies.
Sending a message does not complete or lock a refund or change. The request becomes effective only after successful processing in the railway system. Last-minute requests cannot be guaranteed.
⚠️ Know Before You Go
- Confirm the exact departure station; major cities may have several stations far apart.
- Carry the original passport used for booking. A photo, copy or booking screenshot cannot replace it.
- If the passport is renewed or replaced, contact us immediately; the ticket may need to be refunded and rebooked.
- A missed train does not automatically qualify for a refund. Same-day changes depend on official rules and remaining seats.
- Arrive at least 60 minutes before departure, with additional time during public holidays.
📍 Station & Boarding Information
Most mainland China train tickets are electronic and linked to the original passport. A paper ticket is normally unnecessary.
Foreign travelers may need to use a staffed or passport-compatible gate. Complete security screening, check the station displays and reach the boarding gate before it closes.
This service does not include transportation to the station or in-person station assistance.
