Arrange a private vehicle and driver for up to eight consecutive hours within Beijing’s standard urban service area. The charter can be used for sightseeing transfers, business travel, shopping, restaurant visits or transportation between several pre-confirmed locations.

The price includes the selected private vehicle, a Chinese-speaking driver with a translation app, fuel, applicable road tolls and standard parking fees. The driver provides transportation only and does not accompany travelers inside attractions or provide sightseeing commentary. Attraction tickets, reservations, meals and guide service are not included.

💰 Price Reference

All prices are per vehicle for eight consecutive hours, not per person.

• 5-seat sedan: USD 150 per vehicle
• 7-seat MPV: USD 180 per vehicle
• Additional time beyond eight hours: USD 25 per hour

The listed price applies to transportation within Beijing’s standard urban service area.

Other vehicle types are available. Please contact us in advance if you require a larger vehicle, additional luggage capacity or a different vehicle arrangement.

Great Wall routes and other suburban destinations are not covered by this product and must be booked through the nine-hour suburban charter product.

🕒 Pickup Time & Service Duration

There is no fixed departure time. Please provide your preferred pickup time when booking.

The eight-hour service period is continuous and begins at the confirmed pickup time. It cannot be divided into separate morning and evening periods.

If travelers depart late for personal reasons, the service will still finish according to the original eight-hour schedule.

Additional time must be confirmed with the driver and service team. Overtime is subject to vehicle availability and charged at USD 25 per hour.

🗺️ Service Area & How to Use the Charter

The standard urban service area includes locations within Beijing’s Fifth Ring Road.

The following locations are also treated as urban destinations under this product:

• Summer Palace
• Old Summer Palace
• Fragrant Hills

The charter may be used for routes involving city attractions, restaurants, shopping areas, hotels, business addresses and other accessible locations within the standard service area.

A possible route could include a hotel pickup, several city attractions, a restaurant stop and final drop-off at the hotel. This is only an example; no fixed sightseeing itinerary is included.

The following destinations are not included in the urban price:

• Mutianyu Great Wall
• Badaling Great Wall
• Simatai Great Wall
• Jinshanling Great Wall
• Gubei Water Town
• Other distant suburban or cross-city destinations

The planned route should be submitted before service. Major route changes or additional locations outside the standard area require advance confirmation and may result in an additional charge.

5-Seat Sedan

Recommended for 1–3 travelers with up to two large suitcases and small carry-on bags.

7-Seat MPV

Recommended for 1–5 travelers with up to four large suitcases and small carry-on bags.

Children and infants count toward the total passenger capacity. A child seat must be requested in advance and will reduce the available seating or luggage space.

Vehicle photographs are for reference only. The selected vehicle category will be arranged, but a specific brand, model or color cannot be guaranteed.

⚠️ Know Before You Book

This product includes a vehicle and driver only. The driver is not a tour guide and will not enter attractions with travelers.

Travelers are responsible for arranging attraction tickets and reservations. Some Beijing attractions require advance reservations and original passports. Booking this vehicle does not guarantee attraction admission.

The charter does not provide unlimited distance or unrestricted travel throughout Beijing. All locations must remain within the confirmed urban service area.

The actual number of stops depends on traffic, parking access, attraction visiting time and the distance between locations. A specific number of attractions cannot be guaranteed.

Vehicles cannot enter pedestrian streets, secured scenic areas, narrow hutongs or roads with traffic restrictions. The driver will use the nearest legal and safe pickup or drop-off point.

If luggage will remain in the vehicle during sightseeing, the quantity and size must be declared in advance. Travelers should always carry passports, cash and other valuables with them.

Airport pickups, airport drop-offs and railway station meet-and-greet services are not automatically included in this product. These arrangements require the corresponding transfer product or advance confirmation.

🔄 Cancellation, Changes & No-Show Policy

Free cancellation is available at least 24 hours before the confirmed pickup time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable.

Route, pickup time, pickup address, passenger number or vehicle changes requested within 24 hours are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

The eight-hour service period begins at the confirmed pickup time. Traveler delays do not extend the scheduled finishing time.

If the vehicle has been dispatched but travelers cannot be contacted or do not use the service for personal reasons, the booking will be treated as a no-show and will be non-refundable.

The closure or unavailability of an individual attraction does not automatically cancel the vehicle service. Where possible, travelers may use the remaining service time for another location within the confirmed urban area.

📍 Pickup / Drop-off Information

Pickup is available from one hotel or vehicle-accessible address within Beijing’s Fifth Ring Road.

Please wait in the hotel lobby or at the confirmed pickup point at the agreed time. Driver and vehicle information will normally be provided approximately one day before service.

The charter may finish at the original pickup address or another pre-confirmed address within the standard urban service area.

Hotels located inside hutongs, pedestrian streets, narrow lanes or restricted areas may not be accessible by vehicle. Pickup or drop-off will then be arranged at the nearest location where the vehicle can legally and safely stop.
